It's really simple. All you have to do is select the available online doctor and click for video call button. You can, optionally, attach existing test reports images and doctor will call you to start consultation.
You can use CallDoc anytime you have a non-emergency medical condition. Our doctors will always assess your condition individually and based on your unique circumstances including the severity of the illness, may need to refer you for in-person care for proper diagnosis and treatment.
CallDoc is transforming healthcare availability to all. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year, even on holidays.
CallDoc is a mobile based application. You can install the applicable on your Android/iOS devices(Mobile, tablets) and start using the same.
Quality service is our topmost priority. The call will remain in progress until yourself or doctor have successfully concluded the consultation. In case you are facing problem because of internet connectivity issues you can click on ‘I am facing issues with the call’. Our Doctor will make a call back to you and successfully complete the consultation.
CallDoc offers consultation for wide range of chronic ailments with distinguished specialists and super-specialists from prominent hospitals providing secondary and tertiary health care services. All you have to do is to click on ‘Appointment with specialist’ and navigate to the specialization you are interested. You can seek your routine/follow up consultation with the Specialist of your choice at your convenience.
In case Specialist is not available online, the availability of Doctor is provided. You can schedule an appointment with Specialist of your choice and when the Specialist comes online we will inform you to seek your consultation.
CallDoc follows transparent pricing policy. Our consultation fees are listed on App for each Specialist.
For cancelled appointments, users can utilize the money to talk to next available doctor. Alternately, user may submit a claim for a refund for a purchase by emailing help@Oncallmedicare.com and providing a clear and specific reason for the refund request and the exact terms that have been violated. Whether a refund will be provided will be determined by Company in its sole discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
